Noel has been a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer since 1982, started the company to service the coastal suburbs of the Shoalhaven in all aspects of Real Estate including Sales, Permanent and Holiday rentals, no obligation market appraisals and Auctions. Noel’s focus is meeting all clients’ needs and ensuring the office continues to improve and achieve the personalized services we provide.

Antonia Najdek – Office Manager
Antonia joined Property One in 2010. Antonia is responsible for the day-to-day management of our holiday properties. Antonia’s job is to make your life easy. She is your main point of contact, and also the contact for your holiday guests. Antonia is an experienced, well trained holiday property management professional and her aim is to generate income for you by encouraging guest reservations.
Morgan Berthon – Holiday Specialist
Morgan joined the Property One team in 2017. Morgan’s service to you as Holiday Specialist is to ensure the highest possible occupancy rate and making sure your investment property reaches its full potential. Honest, friendly and with a down to earth approach, Morgan is a valuable asset to Property One and will help ensure the ongoing management and maintenance of your property is a smooth, stress-free experience. Morgan ensures that she is receptive to both owners ambitions and holiday makers requirements, thus resulting in increasing holiday occupancy rates; a benefit for our owners.
Cassandra Preston – Sales Consultant
