What time is check in and check out?

Check-in time is 2pm and check out is 10am on the day of departure. Please do not arrive early unless organised prior with Property One. Property One will endeavour to have the property ready; however, unforeseen circumstances can result in delays. In the result of a delay, no compensation will be provided.

How do I find the property?

Your check in information will be sent to via email or through the Airbnb message section 2-3 prior to your arrival. It will include the property address, key box location and the key code number for your stay.

Is linen provided?

Some of our holiday properties do supply linen, which includes – sheets, towels, tea towels, bathmats (beach towels not included) if you have booked a property that does not supply linen this can be hired through Aroma Clean Living, contact the office for the details.

What do I need to bring with me?

Most properties have a basic supply of tea, coffee, oil, salt, and pepper. You will need to bring your own food and drink plus personal toiletries. On arrival you will be supplied with 2 toilet rolls for each toilet at the property, if you require more for the duration of your stay this is at your expense.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?

We do have a range of pet friendly holiday properties, please note that just because a property is Pet Friendly it does not necessarily mean it is fully fenced – please check individual listings or contact our office for confirmation.
We do ask that your pets are not left alone inside of the property or on furniture.

Can my friends and I make a booking for Schoolies?

At Property One we do not allow any sort of large gatherings / end of school bookings.

Is there a maximum number of people who can stay at the properties?

Only the number of guests listed on your booking are allowed to stay at the property.

If I cancel my booking, will I get my money back?

Please check our cancellation policy under Terms and Conditions.

What is the Bond?

The bond is our security against any damages done to the property during your stay, and any cleaning required above those laid out in the Terms and Conditions. This is refundable providing the conditions of your stay are met. We also keep your credit card details on file for up to 14 days after the date of stay to act as the bond, should there be any issues with the way the property is left.

Can I smoke at the property?

All our properties have a no smoking policy inside the residence. If smoking outside, you will need to stand well clear of the windows and ensure you place all butts in the rubbish bin, failure to do so will incur extra cleaning charges.
