Take the Myola ferry across the Currumbene creek to Huskisson for cafes and entertainment. Berry and Kangaroo Valley for great markets and cafes.

Great location
Maria B - 3rd April 2024We enjoyed our stay at Happy House. Excellent location close to the beach. Nice and peaceful backyard facing the bush. On the positive side the house is good size with plenty of light and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed (old fashion though) and the bathroom seems recently renovated. I might suggest to be more specific about linen items. No tea towels and very limited toilet paper! l Respectfully to the owners the art on the walls is very unusual for a beach house.

A Home Away from Home
Ana-Maria D - 18th July 2023We have stayed here many times and love the feel of the home. My children are so fond of the place - they love playing in the backyard and hanging around on the deck. It has everything you need and it is close enough to all the things you want to do whatever the season.

Loved staying here
Gulizar - 14th October 2021We loved staying here. Backyard Backyard was beautiful, our dogs loved it. Had heaps of dvds to entertain us at night. The only down fall is there is no petrol station near by. You also need to bring ur own sheets and towels which was a bummer. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

Emma - 14th October 2021We loved our stay at the Happy Place. So close to the beautiful Callala Beach. We only stayed 3 nights which was perfect as Callala Beach is a very quite area. We caught the ferry to Huskissen which had loads of restaurants and tours it was $15 return or it is a 40min drive. If quite, secluded, close to beach and pet friendly is what you are after look no further. We will definitely stay here again.
Retro
Ben - 14th October 2021The house is quite retro but comfortable and secluded. Big backyard and porch great for playing with kids and evening barbecues. Callala Beach is one of the more isolated spots on Jervis Bay, which is great if that's what you're after but something to be aware of if you plan to be spending time in the other main towns (Huskisson, Vincentia etc). A great family holiday spot.

Short walk of the beach
Chris - 14th October 2021Happy House is located within a short walk of the beach. The dog friendly beach is off leash before 8 a.m. and after 4 p.m.The yard was good for our grandson and dog. The outdoor eating area was great for all the family and the extra toilet was handy for our group of 6 people. It is a short drive to a local shopping centre, which is handy. The house was in a very quiet area with bushland behind.
Excellent location
Martine - 14th October 2021Excellent location and great for pets. The fire pit in the garden is great and the reserve at the back of the house is great to collect free fire wood. Communication was great from the property manager. Quirky home with a lock box to make easy access. Friendly neighbours and good value for money. If you are looking for a cheap getaway with a few friends and your fairy dog, this spot is great. Unfortunately the gas heater and the oven was not working during our stay but apart from that, it was good.

Ivana - 14th October 2021This house is only few minutes from the beach, it has everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday. Tastefully decorated with interesting memorabilia, it has a nice outdoor seating area and a backyard which our dog enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Tiffany - 14th October 2021We all loved this house. The backyard is beautiful with a view of the bush. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom. Kitchen really easy to use. You can also play elvis vs queen vs Pope- the quirky decor is great.
Amazing property
Jeremie - 14th October 2021Happy House is an amazing property minutes away from an amazing and dog-friendly beach, and a short drive away from Jervis Bay, Huskisson and Hyams beach. The house was as seen in the photos, clean, with all white goods working and we felt right at home straight away. Backyard closed off for dogs and plenty of space, we loved having a wine on the deck listening to the sounds of the forest right across from the backyard fence. We will be back for sure!
