Linen and towels are supplied, please bring your own beach towels.
Your pet is welcome to join you, however they are not to be inside, there is an undercover area outside.
There is a security deposit payable which is refundable after your stay provided there is no extra cleaning or damages.
This is not a party house! We welcome families.
No social gatherings permitted including schoolies, buck’s or hen's nights.
Only two adults per bedroom are permitted as per NSW holiday regulations
Only number of guests noted on the booking may stay, this includes day visitors.
