The house was well set up with most essential items we need, shame that we only stayed there for 2 nights otherwise would have chance to enjoy the ocean more. The only downside was if the weather gets too hot during the day, it would be nice if equipped with air conditioning, the host provided fans to all bedrooms that was very thoughtful.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the house. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The interior design of the house was very stylish and comfortable, with ample space. The kids loved the media room and it allowed us to get to watch what we wanted in the lounge. The outdoor area was nice too but we didn’t make use of it as we only were there for the weekend. If you’re going to be staying there for more than a few nights make sure to try and have a BBQ as its a nice space to do that + most the restaurants are at least 15min drive away so be prepared for that. We will be recommending this place to our family and friends!

It was extremely well set up in a fantastic location being only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. I would certainly recommend a stay at this property. We had a really lovely time. What a gem of a place Callala Beach and the surrounding area is!

Absolutely lovely little spot for a couple or a family of 5. Great for furry friends too. Clean, functional and right on the beach, can’t ask for more. Would definitely visit again

We enjoyed our stay at Happy House. Excellent location close to the beach. Nice and peaceful backyard facing the bush. On the positive side the house is good size with plenty of light and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed (old fashion though) and the bathroom seems recently renovated. I might suggest to be more specific about linen items. No tea towels and very limited toilet paper! l Respectfully to the owners the art on the walls is very unusual for a beach house.
